“I created Yoho Ag Solutions to provide practical, proven solutions for time-strapped agricultural business owners. I have a love for bringing passionate people together to achieve their wildest dreams. My experience in grain, feed and seed industries across North America has provided me with a practical base which I leverage into sustainable solutions for businesses like yours.
My drive to create high performance teams started at a young age. My love of lacrosse started when I was 6 years old, and saw me progress from playing, to coaching to refereeing to executive involvement and finally to founding the Brockville Lacrosse Association. Playing and coaching lacrosse, I found that I had an ability to see skills in people that they did not know they had. I learned that when you put an individual in a position where they can grow, they will grow, and their new-found confidence and skills will then make the whole Team better.
When you put a collective group of people together with a clear objective, they begin to trust themselves and those around them. This is the beginning of a High Performing Team. Combining this with clear processes and communication gives an organization sustainable momentum to meet their aspirational goals.”
